The three things you will actually do.

  1. Day one

Technical and athletic testing, with video capture. A readiness and health check comes first, then a full, age-appropriate, supervised warm-up — no test is run before both are done.

  2. Day two

The remaining three pillars — psychological, educational and social — plus repeat measures of day one's tests, which is where the consistency figures come from.

  3. The feedback conversation

Someone walks you through the written report, strengths first, and you leave with a development plan carrying named responsibilities, review measures and a retest date.
