Pre-academy
The S.T.A.R. diagnostic
For: Unsigned players seeking an academy or a higher-performance opportunity.
The full five-pillar diagnostic, with the outcome expressed as one of four recommendations (Sign, Trial, Assess/Develop, or Review), together with a written pathway recommendation and a targeted progression plan. It tells you what would need to be true for the next step, and what to work on first.
It does not answer, and cannot answer, whether a club will sign your child.

The advanced R.A.G.b™ diagnostic
For: Players already attached to an academy, club, school or elite programme.
The same five pillars with more data points and deeper physical measures, producing a pillar analysis, a consistency profile across repeated measures, and a repair plan aimed at the specific gaps.
Designed to sit alongside the work a club is already doing, not to replace a club's own assessment or recruitment decisions.
How R.A.G.b™ bands workAge bands
How the assessment changes with age.
We assess football players from five to thirty. The five pillars do not change. What changes is what the assessor weights, how the session is run, and how the report is written.
- U6–U9
- Short, heavily demonstrated, age-appropriate testing. The report is weighted towards learning, movement quality, enjoyment and trajectory rather than current physical output. Parent input carries real weight in the psychological pillar at this age.
- U10–U12
- The full battery becomes genuinely informative. Technical and athletic testing alongside learning, behaviour and social observation. The report is written to be usable by a parent and a grassroots coach, not only by a specialist.
- U13–U15
- Growth moves results around. Consistency measures matter more here than a personal best, and the retest cycle does most of the work. Results are always read against age, maturity and training age, never in isolation.
- U16–U18
- Pathway and trial-preparation focus. Deeper physical measures, more repeat testing, and a plan built around specific gaps rather than general development.
- Senior (18–30)
- Performance-phase assessment aligned to the competition calendar and training plan, including consistency tracking across a season.
Under-18s require parent or guardian consent, and the young person gives their own age-appropriate assent. Video capture, sharing with a club, report distribution and data use are each consented to separately.

The athlete portal
A secure account where a family could see their reports, track progress across retests and manage consents in one place. It is in development. It is not live, and nothing on this site depends on it.
The fEuzionPro6het™ AI layer
A decision-support layer intended to read assessment history, benchmark comparisons and consistency data and surface patterns for an assessor to review. In development. When it exists it will support a qualified human judgement, never replace one, and it will never be used to make a claim about a child's future.
The licensed-coach network
A directory of certified T.A.P.E.S.™ coaches so that a family outside London can find one. The first certification event has not yet run, so the directory does not yet exist.
